Dispute Resolution and Litigation
Our litigation work predominantly focuses on quantifying the effects of changes on the project, critical path delays, acceleration, productivity losses, and other impacts, along with the monetary damages resulting from these issues. We perform detailed and objective analyses to appropriately advise our clients on “what” and “who” caused the impacts. This places our clients in a better position to understand their commercial financial position and more-effectively resolve the outstanding issues or disputes.
Our goal is the same with all clients: have them thoroughly understand their position, objectively advise them on what the information shows, and guide them toward potential solutions to avoid costly litigation. If an agreement cannot be reached, we expert reports that explain our opinions and serve as expert witnesses in litigation proceedings.
