Natalie Furniss is the official wearer of many hats for POINT. Having a background in all areas of business administration including marketing and communications, public relations, event planning and management, social media strategy, networking, business and corporate strategy, website design and development, creative writing, human resource management, and technology, make her an exceptional person to administrate our company.

Natalie has spent over 18 years in marketing and business management for companies ranging from start-ups to regional enterprises grossing in excess of $10M annually. She has developed over 160 local and national events, deployed local, regional, and national marketing campaigns, and worked with over 500 corporate leaders throughout the country.

Natalie has a BBA in Marketing, is a certified consultant for InnerKinetics in the Workplace (HR related), and has won 2 national and 3 local advertising awards in her marketing career. In her current administrative role, she manages human resources, accounting, marketing and IT related activities.     • Managed all areas of marketing, human resources, and IT for agritourism farm and wholesale meat company, with 45 employees and $9.5M in yearly revenue.

    • Built social media strategy on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, monitored social metrics, generated creative content, managed digital ad campaigns, and successfully grew online followers by 30% YOY. Average social engagement across three main platforms was consistently over 7% WOW.

    • Completed strategic planning in the Traction EOS as one of eight members of company leadership to solidify vision, mission, core values, core focus, and marketing strategy.

    • Completed over 62 hours of training and certification in both general and corporate programs for InnerKinetics, a temperament psychology program developed for enhanced personal, professional, and team relationship development.

    • Created and organized national, large-scale events from the ground up incorporating charitable giving programs and interactive city stops as teams of 2 competed in a road rally/  Amazing Race style game. Each event interacted with over 300 locations, 16 cities, and lasted 7-10 days.

    • Line Producer, script editor, and acquisitions manager for feature film slate valued at 10.5M. Evaluated project proposals based on risk assessment and potential return on investment, trends and diversity.  Developed budgets, schedules, cash flows, projected profit and loss, marketing expectancy, and financing schedules.

    • Led marketing department for state-wide staffing agency with offices in Houston, Austin, San Antonio, and Corpus Christi. Created marketing campaigns, designed all promotional materials, researched and negotiated media contracts, wrote campaign content, and developed all corporate events. Increased annual gross revenue by 2M.
